What if I haven’t received my booking confirmation?
Most bookings are confirmed immediately, so check your spam folder if there’s nothing in your inbox.
You can always check the status of your booking online:
If you’re using the app, tap “Bookings” at the bottom of the screen.
If you’re using the website, make sure you’re signed in and on the “Car rentals” page, then click “Manage booking” at the top.
What’s the status?
If you find that your booking isn’t confirmed yet, we’re working on it – and will email you as soon as it is. In the unlikely event that we run into an issue, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

What does “excess” mean, and what’s mine?
The excess is the amount that you would need to pay if something went wrong. So…
If the car’s body got damaged, you’d pay the damage excess. The collision damage waiver* would cover the rest.
If the car were stolen, you’d pay the theft excess. The theft protection* would cover the rest.
You’ll find your damage and theft excess on your voucher and in your car’s rental terms under “Deposits, excess, and coverage.”
*This coverage is only valid if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement.
